External missions were sent for education and the expansion of the establishment of institutes and colleges specialized in the field of painting, fine and applied arts, the base of education expanded, and the preparation of scientifically qualified technical teachers to teach their students in schools, institutes, and colleges.
Art galleries were set up in all parts of Egypt, and the numbers of art teachers developed in the modern era from a student to a teacher to a doctor and an expert in the field, then doing teaching work and transferring experiences to young generations and their students.
